I got a big ol chunk of beef called "beef round eye round roast" and have no idea what to do with it - cooking eye round roast beef
As you can probably guess .. I am a beginner when it comes to cooknig lol
What is the actual name of this meat? It is a roast?
How should I cook? Browning has been designed and put in pot with onions, etc. .. Any other suggestions?

It is a good way to cook a roast whole year. It can do much good for anything else.
