What exercises can I do to increase your ass and will not be hard on my knees ... Squats make my knees POP, you do not believe it is good .. Staircase would be ideal, but I dont have any that are accessible through ..

There are two ways to "tone" and cooperate with others to:
1) Reduce body fat
2) increased muscle activity

Decreased body fat through cardiovascular exercise and proper diet, exercise muscles and an increase in funding, squatting or with the machine in a gymnasium on the buttocks.

Wall squats, lunges, lifts the hips on the floor (found on the back, knees bent and lift your hips) in the air, usually sits ... Near most of the exercises EWL.
